About 20,000 miles ago, I needed a new water pump on my car. Spent $1500 to fix and had to return the vehicle the following week due to the front end not properly being In place and tools still laying on top of the motor. Shop fixed the front end no problem. I actually was rushing the shop during the repair. Now 20,000 miles later my water pump went out again. Kim said part still under warranty and talked to Napa about the labor. In the end, Kim replaced pump at no charge. Thanks Kim!! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
Thanks for the review Ron. I discussed your situation with our parts supplier and they are willing to help out with the labor charge to replace the water pump on your car so we would be able to make that repair at no charge to you. I don't remember the prior incident but I am constantly trying to improve our quality control and I will watch things like this more closely over time. Please accept my apology for the way I handled this in the beginning and know that I will try to do better in the future.
