Fast and courteous

Being from Omaha I went to Grand Island on business, and while there the compressor on my air conditioner went out causing a string of problems. Kim's was referred to me by a local person. We managed to get the car to Kim's, and Kim shot me an estimate. I accepted it. Then I called my wife to come to Grand Island and get me. I left my car at Kim's, this was on Thursday. I went back to GI on Tuesday to pick up my car. The work was done and so far everything seems to be working just fine. The original estimate was said to be around $2500. It ended up being a little more than that which was OK because under the circumstances Kim did put a rush on my car and moved me to the head of the line. I would recommend Kim's to others. We are first time customers and we were very impressed with everything Kim did for us. He did everything we asked and he is very knowledgeable and is very helpful and patient when talking to him on the phone. We were also pleased with the bill when work was completed and we were trying to guess what the balance would be and I guessed it very close. I will be bringing back more work in the future.
